my favorite thing

One last note before I leave on my groovy sister field trip.

My favorite thing so far about this great experiment in blogging live theater? ….. "Meeting" other women who are maybe possibly some day perhaps thinking about one day checking into the whole religious life thing. Maybe ;). … I’m not going to name any names (or pseudonyms even!) … you know who you are. Thanks so much for sharing your journeys with me. And if I still have any "lurkers" out there too who fit this category, thanks for just stopping by!

It gives me hope.

It gives me virtual companions on the journey.

It warms my heart to think that maybe by baring my soul and sharing my experiences, I’m somehow helping them along their own journeys, wherever they may lead.

And it of course helps me just to process and document this whole wonderful yet slightly crazy journey of mine. And I love having folks who read along and share their thoughts as well. Even when I’m in the throngs of a mini-freak-out :)!

I of course have enjoyed "meeting" the rest of you too. It’s all part of the package – blessings all around. But this little part of the experience is "hypercool" as the French kids say. Or used to say anyway, it’s probably out of style by now.

I’ve also really appreciated the Sisters (young and not-as-young) who’ve stopped by and shared their experiences. And my non-Catholic revgalblogpals. And my priest and seminarian friends. And just good-all-around married and single Catholics and other good hearted people. We seem to be building a virtual community of sorts. Also "hypercool".

By the way, if anyone ever has questions for me that they don’t want broadcasted to the blogosphere my e-mail is at the bottom right of the page. Feel free to drop me a line – I promise to answer.

Blessings all around,
Susan
