Hey there my bloggy friends. Just a quick note to let you know I'm still here, getting settled into my new digs. I don't start at my new ministry sites until next Tuesday, so I've got some down time.
Yesterday I tried out the PATH train (which is how I'll get to one of my ministries in Newark). On the way home I stayed on the PATH to head into NYC ... am happily amazed at how close I am to the big city. I also managed to set up the wifi network, so I'm no longer "borrowing" a neighbor's unsecured wifi. ;)
Today I've mostly stayed around home, although I did go on a walk and found the post office. The holiday weekend promises to be equally mellow. I'm enjoying getting to know my new housemates, learning where things are and how things work. Nothing major, just the regular getting settled stuff.

Glad to see that you're getting used to your new location. With what types of ministries will you be involved this spring? Are you excited?
