Yesterday a group of CSJPs decorated the hall for today's celebration ... our annual Jubilee liturgy and reception. This year we are celebrating the Jubilees of eight Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace ... Sister Cecilia Marie has been a CSJP for 80 years! Yes, she was very young when she entered but she is still active and engaged. In fact, at her 75th Jubilee (the first one I attended as a pre-candidate), she gave the reflection on the readings!Sister Rita Mary is celebrating 75 years. Sisters Rose Marie and Mary are celebrating 60 years. And Sisters Jo-Anne (my vocation director), Marilee, Margaret and Barb are celebrating 50 years. It will be a wonderful celebration of the lives of love and service of some amazing women. Jubilees are one of my most favorite celebrations!
