Top Ten Happenings in the life of Susan Rose, CSJP - 2008
in no particular order
- Professing my first vows as a Sister of St. Joseph of Peace
(ok, maybe this is in its proper order at number one) - Having my entire immediate family together and good friends present for my vows celebration
- Reconnecting with good friends in Portland now that I'm only 4 hours away
- Finding a ministry that is life-giving, energizing, difference-making, and a good fit
- Living at St. Mary-on-the-Lake amongst the trees and wise elders
- Spending a week at the United Nations Sustainability Conference
- My 3 month stay in Jersey City with some wonderfullly fun Sisters
- Participating in our General Congregation Chapter
- Finishing the Novitiate
- Hope that our nation may become the more perfect union long promised and often wished for

I am pained that scintillating conferences from Fr. Moran did not make the top ten list!
I'll have to think about this one. But I love your list.
Ok, I bet conferences (and other blessings) by Father Moran were included in the Novitiate and the Chapter :)
I think it's a great list and you've got me thinking about writing down my top ten. It's a great way to make gratitude more tangible and to recognize the goodness that has permeated even a difficult or challenging year.
Maybe I will post mine later.
Terry - your scintillating conferences were indeed great - in fact, I think I started 2008 with the Christology one! Let's say they're in the top 20 and call it good? ;)
Happy New Year everyone.
